Reflexology Chart
My stomach has been in pain for at least 48hrs. I have no idea what went wrong.
But I guess I will need to make some changes for the benefit of doubt.
> Eat regular meal on time.(despite my shift work)
> Take small portion.
> Drink more plain water.
> Include more Yoghurt/Yakult/Cranberry
> Avoid eating at Staff Canteen/drinking Cold Water.
I soo wana learn Reflexology for my own good. (for Emergency purpose)
